Exercise Classes

Boost your health and fitness levels by joining one of our exercise class. We cater for all levels of fitness and we can adapt exercises to make it harder or easier to suit you.  Exercising in a group is often easier than trying to commit to training on your own.

We stand out from other providers due to our clinical background and foundation. We truly believe in  getting to know you and your motivation for attending our classes. Through this we are able to support you in achieving your goals and help you as they change to sustain an active lifestyle.

Our exercise classes offer not only physical benefits but also the opportunity to make friends, have adult conversations and discover solutions to problems as you talk with others before and after class.

You are much more likely to have fun exercising in a group than on your own and it can challenge you to work out beyond what you perceive are your limitations.

Our highly qualified instructors will be constantly monitoring and observing you to ensure you are getting the most out of the class. They will also explain the benefits of the class to you so your have clear goals to achieve.

Class Timetable

Yoga with Alison

Tuesdays 19.45 – 20.45

Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic yoga class which is faster paced than traditional Hatha yoga as the asanas (postures) are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath.

The continual movement from one pose to another gives you a cardiovascular workout as well as increasing muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.

The class ends with a guided meditation to relax the body and quieten the mind leaving you feeling calm yet energised.

Men’s Yoga with Alison

Thursdays 19.45 – 20.45

Initially started through a partnership with Bucks County Council as part of their Active Bucks Project. Perfect for relieving stress, improving flexibility and building muscle.  The class is for all levels and ideal for those men looking to get into yoga for the first time.
